Project, Programme Right. Huge transformation programme shifting all
Falck IT infrastructure to new Indian Service Provider (HCL). Worldwide
project (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany, US, LATAM). Projects
divided in waves to cover: DC consolidation, Network LAN refresh, AD
consolidation, CMDB, Backup, Firewalls, WIN10 migration and more. My
role was initial to build new Project template in order for all teams to re-
plan all projects (since they were all delayed) and afterwards follow up with all PM's on all plans until completion. Furthermore, I was driving all SteerCo
meetings and streamlining all reporting, governance and documentation.
Also driving contractual negotiations, risk and issue register, work orders and invoicing.

Projects, Culzean after Totals acquisition of Maersk Oil & Gas I
working for Total through Wipro. I became responsible for the SIAM/ITIL
implementation between Wipro and Total, stabilizing processes and installing governance. Additional responsible Service Manager and SPoC for
escalations making sure huge oil and gas projects like Culzean out of Aberdeen were being serviced by Wipro BAU organisation in Bangalore.
Furthermore, driving a handful of infrastructure projects, biggest one a
server decommissioning project aimed to remove 2000+ on premise and virtual servers from Total DC' spread across 4 countries. Also drove a CMDB
project as PM to identify all Maersk network assets, first a baseline process to build up CMDB from scratch and after that integrate with ITIL Change
Management processes.

organizations, the deadlines took worldwide coordination and timing - and zero fault tolerance. Responsible Card Scheme Compliance Manager,
