Programme description: Leading Application Maintenance for Large Corporate Institutions, Business Banking and Group Business support with ~300 IT professionals in Nordics, Poland, and India covering support of ~800 Applications.

Responsibilities/actions: 

·        Defining and leading the Programme for stabilizing key services in Nordea (60+ integrations)

·        Leading several key Programmes, hereunder stabilizing key services – with sub-tracks covering Test improvements and implementation of new Service Management system

·        Adopting and implementing DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering concepts across Trading Technology

·        Driving test excellence for Trading Technology in collaboration with the Nordea Group

·        Implementing and running Disaster recovery test for all Business critical and Highly available applications (90+ pr. year)

Programme description: Leading 5 Application Maintenance teams for the Back-office area with 60+ employees residing in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, and India.

Responsibilities/actions: 

·        Transforming 3 of the teams to nearshored functions within 6 months, with 70% of the workforce working outside Denmark and 50% out of Poland. This included raising the workforce from 32 to 60+ to meet critical demand.

·        Building a new Application Operation organization aligned with ITIL, LEAN, and Site Reliability Engineering “SRE” & Agile principles.

·        Implementing ITIL processes for the team (SKMS, Processes, CSI, Release plans etc.)

·        Implementing and on-boarding the first line Service desk

·        Raising process maturity across Wholesale Banking Operations

Project description: Implementing ISAE 3402 type 2 statement for Netgroup. Part of the project was to set up a framework for managing ISAE 3402 type 2, based in ISO 27001, which ensures the company compatibility if they need to implement the ISO27001 standard.

Project description: Transformation of several infrastructure components, including implementation of new CRM platform in collaboration with external supplier.
MP´s role in the project was as project manager and responsible of leading the implementation team, and keeping the project board closely informed on progress and change exceptions.

Project description: Participated in the bid as IT architect and project manager, which the company subsequently won. As project manager, MP was responsible for the transition and the subsequent transformation, with a delivery team consisting of several participants. 

The transition involved all Albatros Travel's infrastructure from KMD to T26.

Project description: Establishing Citrix Proof-of-Concept environment and later full implementation. I was project manager where I led the process from the customer’s premises. My role consisted of managing the technical team, reporting to the project board, and advising the customer on how to realize the benefits.
