Resumé
Henrik is an experienced agile coach with a long practical experience of working with and teaching Agile methods and mindset on both team and organization level. He has worked with Scrum and Kanban since 2009, both as developer, Scrum Master and Agile Coach supporting multiple teams.
He has experience from a number of smaller and larger agile transformation initiatives, so he has a good perspective of what is easier and what is more difficult in a change process.
His long experience from working in large, traditional projects as developer, architect and team leader helps him understand and empathise with the often present and strong fear of change. This also gives him tools to help arguing for the need of change.
Henrik is an eager learner, always looking for inspiration and new ideas from blogs, podcasts, books and networking events.

I helped the customer, a major player in the retail industry, with two parallell initiatives. First, I supported the controlling department in defining new guiding principles for financial steering and follow-up based on a rolling quarter cycle. Through a number of facilitated workshops I helped the group produce the first version of financial guardrails with the aim to move the whole organisation form fiscal year way of thinking, towards rolling quarter-based prognosis and follow up.
The second assignment was to help the Infrastructure and Operations department move towards a more lean and agile approach and prepare both leaders and employees for an upcoming transition.
The assignment was both about coaching of teams and leaders in Lean and Agile, specifically when looking at the landscape from an operations point of view and providing training in Lean and Agile in general and SAFe as a particular example. The SAFe trainings were used for preparing the launch of a two Agile Release Trains and support the appointed Release Train Engineers in handling the challenges with taking on the new role.
During the latter part of the assignment a large portion of the time was spent on doing remote coaching, support and designing and delivering a number of online trainings and workshops in agile and remote working.

2012-03 - 2017-03
Worked as an Agile Coach in a multi-site organisation responsible for developing and operating an IoT platform as a service for telecom operators and enterprise customers. Coaching development teams in Agile mindset and ways of working, Scrum, Kanban and good development practices e.g. TDD, BDD, CI, CD. Coaching the organisation towards DevOps and continuous delivery ways ot working, by helping to bridge the gap between the sales and marketing department, development teams and operations teams all located in different countries. That it is possible to overcome the challenge of connecting the ITIL world with Agile ways of working was one of the big learnings from this period.
2011-10 - 2012-03
Supported a large product organisation of 2500 people on their agile journey. I worked with kickstarting new development teams working in Scrum and several maintenance teams working with Kanban.
The work included coaching of teams in Sweden, Poland and China, and required adopting different approaches to team and leadership coaching depending on local culture. Starting up and facilitating large multi-site Communities of Practice for scrum masters and product owners.
Coaching and mentoring scrum masters, product owners and managers was also an integral part of the overall success.
2009-10 - 2011-10
The work included teaching and mentoring the other new team members in the overall system architecture and development tools and Agile practices to be used. A heavy focus was on improving the intra team collaboration at the local site, and the communication and collaboration between the sites in Finland and Hungary.
2005-05 - 2009-10
Team leader and architect for a development team in a large telecommunications system. The responsibilities included coordinating the work between the teammembers, coaching them to get as broad competence as possible. and refining the system level requirements for the development team. Main technologies: systems modeling in UML, SW development using C++
2003-06 - 2005-05
This was my first contact with Agile ways of working in the form of Extreme Programming (XP). I Developed prototypes and proof-of-concepts for a multi-party video communications solution using existing telecommunication equipment and infrastructure. Prototyping and testing of different video
coding algorithms and video chat clients to verify their potential for use with wireless devices. Practicing quick prototyping, learning the benefits of tight integration loops and working in a small self-organised team.
1999-05 - 2003-05
Starting as a summer intern in summer 1999 working with verification of and test tool development for embedded software on speech processing boards for telecommunications equipment. Main languages were C/C++ TCL/Tk and TTCN. Part of the work was also to maintain and support the servers and LAN of the hardware test lab.
