I am a Senior Program/Project Manager with more than 28 years of work experience within IT business.
I have worked with IT Infrastructure, Transition & Transformation, Application/Data migration/Data conversion and mostly worked with SW development projects both waterfall and agile.
I am dedicated, goal and results oriented person who is driven by delivering high quality projects in collaboration with my team. I am self-motivated and inspire my team to perform their utmost within their competencies to achieve project goals.

Prior to IT Project Management career, I worked in management positions in the Hotel, restaurant and retail sector.

With my long IT experience within SW development I could manage and coordinate the deliverables from our SW vendor, and at the same time manage and coordinate workshops, communication, planning and on-boarding of the stakeholders, such as pharmaceutical producers, wholesalers and pharmacies.
My main task was to coordinate the relevant IT tasks between all the partners to have a smooth startup of the pilot phase with no issues or unanswered question. Having done that, we have paved a solid way for the project to proceed and complete with success. Due to pro-active work, we have achieved to be one of the first country in EU to deploy medicine verification system, which communicates with the central European medicine verification system to prevent falsified medicine in Europe.
2016-04 - 2017-09
During a year and half, I worked as Data Centre Failover project manager for Business Continuity Management (BCM) organization at Nordea Bank. Not only I performed my tasks in an excellent way with best results, but also gained immense knowledge about BCM and Data Centre failover planning, procedures and execution. The assignment was one of the Nordea's major projects with the size and complexity that required the duration of one and half year and involving hundreds of resources from IT infrastructure and Business areas.
The goal of this project was to maintain Business Continuity even if one Data Centre goes down because of any major threat, like fire, explosion, or any other catastrophic event.
Together with another consultant PM, I started this task and completed with total customer satisfaction. The results and project closing package were documented as evidence for European Central Bank (ECB) and FSA. This package will be also used by the BCM organization at the Bank for future periodic datacentre failover (DR) exercises.
We executed successfully total of nine partial Data Centre Domain (DCD) failover tests over a period of one year to minimize the risk. And completed the project with performing a successful total Data Centre failover test at the end of August 2017.
The tests were executed in a gracious and controlled manner to minimize the risks for the Bank.

Project duration was estimated for 14 months and started in August 2014.
Project consisted of analysis, design, build, data conversion, test and deployment of all business processes (SR, CA, OM and PC. Etc )
We used Agile methodology approach for this project. I had the role of Scrum Master and together with Product Owner and other involved stakeholders worked with planning of the sprints, resource allocations. I managed daily stand up meetings, retrospective meetings. We used Jira tool in this project.
I was responsible for an international and professional team of 12, which were business analysts, architect, data conversion/migration specialist and SW-engineers from Denmark, England, Portugal and Ukraine. We used F2F meetings for stand-up meetings while my team were on site and tele conference while my resources worked remotely from other locations.

Description

Description
This project was about transition, transformation of all ATP's batch jobs (more than 2000 batch jobs) from mainframe to Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) on the decentralized systems.
I performed project start up, planning but the project at this time was transferred to sub-contractor to continue with project execution. The reason of discontinuation was that ATP outsourced its IT operation to another vendor and hence this project was taken over by the new vendor.

Description
I had responsibility of MLIT e-Commerce & security program, which contained 3 different business application areas. Project types were both new development and enhancement to the existing applications.
More than 50 resources (4 project managers, several IT architects and IT specialists) from both India and Denmark reported to me.
Besides overall program management responsibilities, I also participated in project planning, project execution and control to meet the targets of the projects.
Projects were managed in form of Agile programming with Scrum methodology. I supported my project managers to make sure that the Scrum meetings are held every day for all projects and obstacles and issues were removed as soon as possible to maintain the progress and speed to meet the targets.

Description
I was working as Program/Project manager for two major programs and a couple of projects for Nordic Processor (A joint venture IT Company owned by IBM and Nordea Bank.)
Transition and Transformation program to relocate entire Nordea Finance IT infrastructure and 12 applications from Denmark to data centres in Sweden.
Business case: it was not profitable and easy to manage the IT infrastructure in an out-dated environment in Denmark, therefore the applications had to be relocated running from the two modern Swedish data centres.
Resources: One project manager, 1 infrastructure architect, 1 network architect and 1 enterprise architect and more than 25 IT specialists in different areas were reporting to me for this program.
We created a new environment in the Swedish datacentres and after a detail planning for data conversion/migration and user acceptance test execution agreed on a cut over date for each application. The migration completed with great customer satisfaction according to plan and budget.

Description
Another program I managed for this account was transition and transformation of Fionia Bank infrastructure into Nordea IT environment.
The scope of this program was transition and transformation of Fionia Bank head quarter and 24 branch offices for HW roll out, data conversion, ATMs set up and IP telephony.
I completed this program together with specialist from both IBM and Nordea team according to agreed schedule and cost and obtained great customer satisfaction.
Two project managers and more than 20 IT specialists reported to me for this program. I also used sub-contractors for physical installation of the HW in Fionia Bank offices.

Description
