Resumé
I have been involved with ERP-systems and project implementations for around 30 years, and with Dynamics AX since 1997. With my employment with Damgaard Data A/S since the 90's, I have been with Axapta from the very beginning.
In addition, I have the horizontal as well as the vertical insight into most of the modules in AX/FO. My deepest insight is within inventory management, procurement and sales, logistics and production and Supply Chain Management.
When I have worked as an architect and been involved in designing and implementing a new ERP system, I have always taken pride in being particularly careful in understanding the business's processes and functions. This has usually given the bonus of simplifying complex and specific workflows during the actual implementation, where new development is minimized but that the standard is used as much as possible with the correct configuration of parameters. -This can be done, among other things, by facilitating workshops where end users in an interaction with the supplier "play" their way to a use of the standard.
In several jobs I have been involved in acting as the customer's "watchdog", to ensure that the supplier provided the best possible solution and had understood the task correctly.
During my time in the IT industry, I have been involved in a lot of implementation projects, which have had many different variants and types.
Since I live on Funen, I can work both remotely and on location.
Along with my many years of experience and my education as a psychotherapist, I am connecting these two lines together with a Scrum Master certification.
My experience with agile project management, my insight into psychology and my communication skills, has proven to be a strength in the previous projects I have managed for clients. I see a great strength in the empirical model and SCRUM values in connection with agile project management and implementation of complex projects.
