I am an experienced senior manager with extensive supply chain knowledge from a large organization with a complex global supply chain. During my different positions I have succeeded with transfer of production value streams across countries, inventory reductions, forecast process improvements, launch of innovation products worldwide, supplier performance monitoring and S&OP. As a project manager my most recent project was heading up the project team behind a 2-day event for 700 customers held in Copenhagen. Before that I was leading a strategic cross-functional project to measure and monitor supplier performance across the whole supply chain from supplier to production sites in China and Hungary.
I have worked both as senior manager, project manager, process owner and as specialist within supply chain and project management through the years and have obtained quite a high level of these skills. Today I am offering my customers access to my toolbox and extensive experience as a consultant in my own company, Altus Consult.
