Resumé

Patrick is a dedicated Senior SAP Consultant, who is committed to guiding clients on their digital transformation journey and ensuring a smooth transition to S/4HANA, Business Technology Platform and beyond. 

Through his vast experience as an enterprise- or technical architect, he has been involved in numerous S/4HANA implementations as both GROW-, RISE-, and On-Premise and in the form of Green-, Blue- and Brownfield. He tackles such projects with the focus on efficiently tying processes together in the modern hybrid enterprise landscape. 

Further he has experience with most technical SAP disciplines from setting the right architecture to UX/Extensibility/Development Strategy, to back- and front-end development and project management. Today, he does all the above, but primarily acts as an architect where he adopts a holistic approach to ensure coherency and strives to follow a S/4HANA Best Practice-first paradigm. In case of gaps, his focus is to ensure that extensions/custom development is made based on sufficient information about S/4HANA Best Practice- and technological limitations and possibilities. 

Patrick is a strong advocate for investing in change management to ensure end-users can leverage the potential they are given. As a result, he has conducted countless workshops, seminars and designed numerous tailored governance plans.

While still participating actively in projects, Patrick got the responsibility of building a team who were to deliver and implement all the technical aspects of SAP S/4HANA Best Practice. This includes system architecture, security, user interface, roles, applications, tools, and features. Further, conducting workshops, seminars and designing governance plans to ensure upskilling of customer resources.
While still actively participating in projects, Patrick got the responsibility of building a team who were to orchestrate, implement and educate on new innovations of SAP S/4HANA.
This team has been part of a majority of the S/4HANA conversion/implementation projects in the Nordics and more importantly been a determining factor for project success.
