● Promoted to engagement manager responsible for clients including Novo Nordisk.
● Led a project for Novo Nordisk aimed at developing a global system for IT compliance within medicine manufacturing. This included developing requirement specification, it-architecture, roadmap, cost-estimate and vendor analysis.
● Developed a cybersecurity strategy for a chemical manufacturing company. This included a broad security assessment, stakeholder interviews and the development of a detailed implementation strategy.
● Developed internal annual strategy for which services and customers to focus on.
● Created business development activities incl. a +50 mDKK contract bid, a partnership agreement with Microsoft and implementation of a new CRM system.

● Helped a danish bank with a multi-billion IT spend in developing an IT strategy for cutting costs while continuing to develop new services. The project included a detailed analysis of the current business followed by a plan for optimising the delivery model and restructuring the IT-portfolio.
● Helped an international chain of veterinary hospitals in improving profitability by streamlining processes, restructuring the organisation and adjusting prices.
● Led a project for a large financial service provider to help improve the quality of released software.
