I work in my own company as a consultant for different IT projects. Occasionally I do side-projects like coaching and mentoring, drawing stick figures for presentations, and setting up websites, mailing lists, CMS systems and even podcasts.

At Nets I continued within the overall project in a new team as an app tester. The team was developing a new app, later adding change requests and new functionality to it.

• App testing on iOS and Android on a multitude of mobile devices
• Test analysis, test case design and test execution

For a customer in the medical sector, I was tasked with introducing a team to accessibility and the WCAG guidelines.

• Tested the customer's website against the WCAG guidelines
• Designed an educational workshop on accessibility and its relevance to the specific project
• Facilitated a full day's online workshop for the team of managers and developers using examples from their own website and providing concrete solutions to problem areas

During six weeks I was a mentor for two UX students while they were involved in an IT project. We had meetings twice a week that included discussing:

As a frontend tester I joined an agile team developing several new websites and platforms for the project.

• Browser testing in IE, Safari, Edge and Chrome

A short project where I created customer-facing video content and Wikis aimed at people working in the financial sector.

A short project where I joined as a UX analysist designing and analysing wireframes used for a project library website.

As a test consultant I joined an agile team that worked with maintaining a large pension system as well as adding new functionality to it.

I joined a small start-up that created and ran several events as their web administrator.

• Collaborating with the different event teams and graphical artists to create websites for specific events

I joined a team developing a new app for the company's customers as a technical tester.

• Testing tasks in the sprint toward the final release

• Designing and setting up an automated browser test suite in Leaptest that tested a chatbot on the company's website.

At EWA I was brought in to help with several aspects of their product, a smart electrical switch that can be controlled through an app. The main focus of the project was on the users' overall experience of the product, and its usability. I tested and assessed the company's website, informational material and installation manual with regards to usability. I also created customer journey analysis starting from the first meeting to purchasing, installing and using the product.

Further tasks included:

• Focus group interviews with the target group on installing and using the product
• Construction of an experience map, providing an easy overview of how test participants thought and felt when using the product
• Drawing wireframes of the flow of the app for the developers

At AP Pension I later became responsible for coordinating, performing and reporting on all test activities within the project.

• Organized educational workshops on automated testing for testers and developers in the company
• Produced educational videos about the system under development to be used in meetings with stakeholders, pension consultants and managers
• Performed user acceptance testing and usability testing of the software with the company's end-users

I joined a team that maintained several financial systems as a test automation expert in a project that digitized the data flow between the pension company, banks, pension consultants, and their customers.

At GoGift I worked with their gift card system, where customers can buy a gift card to a large assortment of shops, and get it delivered to the recipient through physical mail, e-mail or in an SMS. I looked into the mobility of their product, and the user experience surrounding the shopping experience. Testing took place in different places of Denmark, and communication was done through regular reports and meetings with the project group.

I was hired to work with the company's online customer platforms and their mobile versions of these systems.

• Preparing test cases for automation in cooperation with the department of technical test

• Creating and maintaining several mobile test labs in HP QC from specification and design documents
• Defining the department's testing processes towards a more agile model
• Manual testing and bug reporting

The project developed several platforms For SKAT, such as e-Export, Import and the Risk Assessment systems. I worked as a functional and technical tester, carrying out manual testing and bug reporting.
