Whyser is a B2B SaaS for leaders and organisations aiming at
making strategies actionable and collaborative.
We are in the early stages of providing platform for
organisations to communicate strategy, drive change and engage employees. Our development team is up and running, which leaves us with time to delivering freelance services
while getting Whyser of the ground.
2015-01 - 2019-03
Leading optimization, alignment and implementation of
internal IT & HR processes in 6 counties after merging into
PLM Group. Member of the management team and in charge
of development and implementation of our Digital and HR
strategy.
Results: My team and I implemented new IT infrastructure
and 7 new business software solutions and drove design and change management. Design and implementation of new
customer and employee onboarding, retention and off-boarding processes based on interview and surveys.
