I’m a Highly skilled Project Manager with +10 years of experience; I have a proven track record in successfully planning and implementing IT/OT solutions. I’m used to identifying and outlining activities necessary for operational readiness and have experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to effectively clarify the solution’s scope. I have worked seven years as a Project Manager for Novozymes on different projects. Recently (2022-2023), I have worked on implementing HMS (Headcount Management System), ensuring operational readiness. Here, I developed a detailed project plan for the implementation, including milestones, timelines, and resource allocation, which involved extensive stakeholder management. On another project for Novozymes, I was tasked with integrating External Warehouses with Novozymes Network (2020-2023). My actions included evaluating specific network requirements, creating a roadmap for seamless integration, ensuring alignment with operational goals, and orchestrating teamwork between Novozymes, warehouse management, IT, and vendors. I also oversaw budget, time, and personnel to meet project deadlines, assessed outcomes, and documented insights for future improvements.
