● Generate reports and queries using SQL Achievements: ● Implement a trade inventory solution in a period frame of six months in which key accounts can make better decisions at POS, achieving the right mix of products. Net sales were increased for this channel in 15% during the first year.
● Participate in shared services project for Service Desk. The main achievement was the reduction of 15% of IT overhead. Post go live support.
