·         Product Owner for a small team of 6 people, and with support from another 7 people, from other teams.

The primary delivery of the team is to validate, document, finish development and finish testing, of a large package of software modules, which will act as a collection of basic functionalities in the SCADA/Automation software (PLC) system for the entire Novo Nordisk production globally. The SCADA system is integrated to the PAS-X MES system, where there was a strong relation as the data feed from and to was to the PAS-X MES system.

The package will then be used by the other teams, as platform to introduce new equipment/machinery to various Novo Nordisk plants.

·         Scrum Master for two separate teams. First team is the same team, where I function as Product Owner and a second team, with 11 people. The second team is the multiple skill team of the eSCADA program, where the team support and execute all basic functionalities. The team also acts as the knowledge centre for the program, supporting other teams from time to time.

·         Key Role as Product Owner:

-  Prioritize and define the product backlog.

-  Evaluate and approve the work completed by the team and provide feedback.

-  Guide and lead the team on the SAFe framework and through the iterations and during ceremonies.

·         Key Role as Scrum Master:

-  Constantly evaluate the team performance and the deliverables on each iteration and PI.

-  Facilitate and lead the team through the various SAFe ceremonies.

·       The technology transfer project was a great success, where we managed to establish a local service and spare part support. The company managed to save 40% of the production cost for the serial delivery of the project scope, on the established local production. The local production also managed to deliver equipment to other areas globally, resulting in increase in revenue and reduction and sourcing costs.

·       Managed to establish good relations with the other 12 program partners during the project execution that this led to orders started coming from other clients.

·       During the project execution an opportunity was identified, to initiate a sale of armoured trucks, worth 25 Mio EUR and a service contract worth of 10 Mio EUR.
