· Product Owner for a small team of 6 people, and with support from another 7 people, from other teams.
The primary delivery of the team is to validate, document, finish development and finish testing, of a large package of software modules, which will act as a collection of basic functionalities in the SCADA/Automation software (PLC) system for the entire Novo Nordisk production globally. The SCADA system is integrated to the PAS-X MES system, where there was a strong relation as the data feed from and to was to the PAS-X MES system.
The package will then be used by the other teams, as platform to introduce new equipment/machinery to various Novo Nordisk plants.
· Scrum Master for two separate teams. First team is the same team, where I function as Product Owner and a second team, with 11 people. The second team is the multiple skill team of the eSCADA program, where the team support and execute all basic functionalities. The team also acts as the knowledge centre for the program, supporting other teams from time to time.
· Key Role as Product Owner:
- Prioritize and define the product backlog.
- Evaluate and approve the work completed by the team and provide feedback.
- Guide and lead the team on the SAFe framework and through the iterations and during ceremonies.
· Key Role as Scrum Master:
- Constantly evaluate the team performance and the deliverables on each iteration and PI.
- Facilitate and lead the team through the various SAFe ceremonies.
- Act as the agile coach for the teams.

· Project manager for factory automation data historian (PI vision) rollouts, responsible for the establishment of interface towards site SCADA/automation setup, establishment of data historian infrastructure, in all major customer regions (NA, LATAM, EMEA, APAC).

· SAFe Scrum Master within the Raw Data track, responsible for execution of development of a software platform within the SciCap Program at Novo Nordisk.
· SciCap program at Novo Nordisk is the program to ensure to update and automatize, the whole laboratory management, such as digitalisation, registration, documentation, and logging of laboratory samples and sample documentation, from more than 300 different machines and equipment.
· Making the existing data integrated and searchable in LIMS system.
· The Raw Data track had the key role in ensuring the software platform, which enables the extraction and transferring of the sample data from the various equipment, with the help of external supplier, based in USA.

- Support Product Owner and delivery team with facilitating agile ceremonies.

· Responsible for execution of Industrial automation projects (Automation Equipment and infrastructure: SCADA main control software (PLC) and equipment, Plant control software, PLC, Data Historian, IO equipment, Machine control software and equipment and PC hardware)

· Successfully managed development of new auto laboratory systems, from requirement analyses from concept, design of system and implementation & FAT.
· Successfully managed development and delivery of unmanned operation software and Automation to mining and mineral sites in South Africa and USA. The system is handling the stacking and reclaiming of stockyards.
· Managed EPC contracts with cost reductions and satisfied clients.

• Managing of project for the operationalization and manning of new Regional Sterile Centre at Herlev Hospital
• Carried out a series of successful workshops to define and scope a combined sterilization process within the hospitals in Capital Region of Denmark
• Defined production concepts and maintenance concepts for the machines to be used in the new Regional Sterile Centres
• Defined the manning of the operation, management & service of the Sterile Centre.
2013-08 - 2015-01
· Responsible for the development of Military grade Electro optical equipment and sensor systems (Military grade sensors, vision systems, armoured vehicles, thermal vision systems, laser target designator, laser range finders, radars, inertial gps).
· Simultaneously, also responsible for transferring the production and service capabilities, from Norway to Malaysia (Technology Transfer).
· Successfully established a solid base for a very complex project with demanding stakeholders.
· The technology transfer project was a great success, where we managed to establish a local service and spare part support. The company managed to save 40% of the production cost for the serial delivery of the project scope, on the established local production. The local production also managed to deliver equipment to other areas globally, resulting in increase in revenue and reduction and sourcing costs.
· Managed to establish good relations with the other 12 program partners during the project execution that this led to orders started coming from other clients.
· During the project execution an opportunity was identified, to initiate a sale of armoured trucks, worth 25 Mio EUR and a service contract worth of 10 Mio EUR.
2011-01 - 2013-08
· Technical operations responsible - armoured wheeled vehicles (Roll Over Simulators, MRAP Armoured vehicles (6x6), Armoured Ambulance (6x6), vehicle protection technologies) and relating systems.
· Successfully managed projects from conception, purchasing, testing, documentation, and implementation. Some of the systems purchased, made the operation for the average soldier in deployment in Afghanistan, substantially easier. Some systems even contributed to save the lives of soldiers.
· Successfully manged large scale EU tenders from scoping to implementation.
· Spearheaded a NATO task group to the establishment of maintenance support locally in Europe, with both the US Ministry of Defence and other European NATO allies.
· Represented Danish Ministry of Defence interests, within the field of technical operation of armoured vehicles.
· Had two successful deployments in Afghanistan/Helmand province (2011 & 2012).

· Managing EU purchasing projects for operations in Afghanistan and home operations.
· Some extensive tenders would need national offset, meaning requirement for cooperation between supplier and partners within the Danish military industry.
· A large amount of the projects were done after a pre-project to define the life cycle cost and RAMS of the systems being bought. Extensive political work and liaising was needed in the pre-projects phases to ensure funding from the Danish parliament.

SAFe Scrum Master within the Logistics ART program, where the main responsibility was to carry out SAP
EWM integrations (3PL), establishment of new warehouses, introduction of AGV’s, introduction of new SAP
modules (Labour management) at Arla warehouses globally.
