Project manager and agile practitioner with 19 years of experience helping organizations deliver value through IT solutions.
I'm well versed in the roles of Project Manager, Program Manager, Scrum Master and Release Manager. I have a distinct passion for enabling teams and processes to work smoothly.
Having a developer background, I have a good understanding of the entire software lifecycle, which enables me to grasp technical aspects of the projects I'm part of. Roles
Project- and Program Manager - Implementing IT projects in all phases, ranging from conception to handover and maturation. I focus on transparency, timely delivery, communication and bringing out the best in teams.
Scrum Master/Agile practitioner - I've helped several organizations implement and adapt agile frameworks (including SAFe and Scrum), working with both management and IT teams to ensure and maintain a successful implementation. I've assisted experienced teams develop their skills and inexperienced teams adopt agile frameworks.
Test- and Release Manager - As a Test- or Release Manager I focus on coordination, communication and maintaining a good overview. I take a structured and analytical approach to the role, ensuring documentation and formal requirements are met as well as being pro-active when it comes to sign-off, verification and handover.
