management team for approval and budgeting. I got this

only had quality check using paperwork. My mission in this was to gather requirements and then transform the requirements
into a software to meet their needs for increased quality
control. One of the parameters for was to get a much better
traceability and to increase their throughput but with increased
quality. I also project managed the actual development of the new tool.

Nov 2018 - Nov 2018 Atos was in a great need a new intranet to distribute internal
information but a key was also to introduce controlled
permissions as much of the information is classified as secret.
Their existing ways of managing information was somewhat
outdated. The second mission was that the intranet also
needed to be a bearer of culture to strengthen the company. I
was involved in gathering the requirements, lead the project
development and implementation. I was also responsible for all
reporting and budget in this assignment.

included Bank ID. I had the Project lead role in this project. My
role included the responsible for the demands of work, budget,
all reporting and implementation of Bank-ID login. The software
was developed by SDC in Denmark and a big part of in this
project was to coordinate the banks' demands with the
development of the SDC as well as the implementation and
testing within the banks. This new platform for logon procedure
opened up for the use of mobile bank ID.
