Lars is an experienced Senior Project Manager focusing on IT infrastructure and operations projects / ITIL processes.
His solid background as a Technical Infrastructure Consultant supports the bridge building between technology and business in the form of business analysis and development.
Extensive experience in management of digital solutions, for the largest to the smallest companies in Denmark and abroad.
His structured and pragmatic approach provides both transparency and clarity for all project stakeholders. Combined with his ability to prioritize tasks and anticipate problems, he is very capable of keeping the project under control.
Lars has certifications in both Prince2 and ITIL and has during his many years as a consultant, built a versatile toolbox containing everything needed to run projects using agile methods.
