I have 30+ years of experience in electronics and IT systems, and a successful track record in achieving first class results in IT design and implementation.
My track records count among others:
- Technical Analyst for Maersk Line IT in an IT-Modernization project that design, build and deploy a new IT-platform for 250+ vessels in Maersk's container fleet. Focus was on application side, which covered vendor and stakeholder contact, planning test and quality insurance. I also designed an LLD for integration of bunker applications. I did also create and modified PowerShell scripts that could deploy and update applications on the vessels via File catalyst
- Primary Citrix SME in Nordea's large insourcing project "Phoenix". I have insourced 11 Citrix farms with around 400 Citrix servers. My task was to contact the different business areas to understand their applications and needs, and then design, build and plan for a smooth transition of applications and backend systems. The business areas were in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, the Baltic countries, Polen and USA
- Designing and implementing a state-of-the-art Virtual Desktop Infrastructure for 1100 end-users with XenDesktop, XenApp, XenServer and Provisioning Services from Citrix for SimCorp, which resulted in a significant decrease of user incidents
- Designing and implementing an effective Citrix XenApp Farm for training SimCorp's international customers in "SimCorp Dimension" with access worldwide
- Consulting SimCorp customers for Citrix troubleshooting
- Teaching and training end-users in IT systems (Citrix, Lync, and Direct Access)
Beside my technical skills I also have great experience in enabling teamwork and make things happen. Basically, I am a skilled technician that is extrovert, have project leading skills and likes to be creative. I was hired as a Technical Analyst in Project ITMOD, an IT modernization project which focus was to develop a new IT platform for the container fleet in Maersk. My role was to handle nearly 30 business applications in relation to: Contact to vendors, stakeholders and application owners. Ensure good planning for application, testing, roadmaps and collaboration with the rest of the team to meet deadlines and time estimates. I also did a lot of powershell scripting to setup installations and upgrades for each vessels server kit which was build and installed in one of Ericssons factories in Borås Sweden.

I was hired as a Citrix SME in Project Phoenix, Relocation and Migration for Nordea. This project was about insourcing Nordea's datacenter from IBM in Sweden to Nordea premise in Denmark. (6000+ servers, 800+ application codes)
Responsibility:
- Identify all applications installed on current Citrix servers in the IBM datacenter
- Ensure that all applications needed were collected, repacked and installed on new Citrix server
- Transform all application, user or system settings from scripts into GPO's
Achievements:
- In a period of 3½ year, I manage to insource all business areas with applications on 400 Citrix servers to new hardware and datacenter located in HQ of Nordea in Christiansbro Copenhagen
- Together with a large international team we insourced Nordea's datacenters from IBM/Nordic processor. During that period, I had learnt a lot about Nordea's business areas and their needs. Together with the business owners, and the insourcing team we consolidated all business areas smooth and effectively to the new datacenter

- Fulltime assignment at Nordea as a Citrix specialist. To be the primary responsible to identify, document and recreate the same business applications published through Citrix XenApp in the insourcing Project Phoenix Relocation and Migration.
