Brian is a senior Enterprise and Solution Architect working with IT since 1999 in many different roles. For the last 3½ years, as Enterprise
Architect and Solution Architect in Rambøll, working with system architecture, governance, compliance, Master Data and documentation.
With his broad IT background, Brian has good knowledge within many application types and disciplines. That is the reason why, he can work
within different areas; Strategy, Capabilities, Solutions, Applications, Integrations, Data incl. Master Data and in different roles; Enterprise
Architect, Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Process Analyst og Data specialist.
Brian always anchors knowledge in documentation, to ensure the correct understanding. It can start as simple diagrams and develop through
the projects to complexed drawings. Brian is very visual, which makes it easier for stakeholders to understand e.g., issues and solutions.
In addition to this, Brian converts information to data, so it is easier to keep a good overview of the many elements in projects. In this way,
there is a good foundation to make qualified decisions, e.g., from a 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' perspective.
As a person he is accommodating and always listen with great interest to inputs around him, which makes it easily for him to enter dialogues
with his surroundings. He has a creative and open mindset, and often has a different approach to the tasks and solutions. This means that he
sees things from other perspectives, which sometimes opens for new ways of working and thinking. That being said, Brian can easily work
within fixed frameworks and scope.
