allowing a script file to have direct access to events exposed by Visual Studio (New, Save, Delete file, etc.). This is useful when you have routine tasks in your project, which can be advantageously automated and executed by a script, such as
minification and bundling of CSS and JavaScript, compilation of TypeScript, execution of T4 Templates, etc.
