Resumé
Passionate GDPR-professional committed to solving the largest problems for organizations within privacy and information security. Started my career with Deloitte where I conducted GDPR-implementation activities for 40+ customers, incl. C25-companies and one of EU's largest banks. Later, I successfully managed an information security project valued at +50 mio. DKK and helped establish a Risk & Compliance-department within a software company.
I specialize in creating tangible GDPR-solutions that work in the real world, rather than complex documentation that employees won't understand. I hold two master's degrees within law from Copenhagen and Singapore, and excel in communication, managing large projects, problem solving within law/IT-security and having a strong value system.

● The company is devoted to sustainable implementations, i.e. we design and implement GDPR-programs that are firmly rooted in the business, so the business can be self-driven without the need for consultants going forward.
● Current work includes a GDPR-implementation for a Danish company with 1.600+ employees in 32 countries.
● Currently have prototypes of innovative GDPR-solutions being tested by one of Denmark's largest companies.
2020-12 - 2022-12
● Helped establish Scalepoint's Risk & Compliance-department, which included setting up the organizational structure, establishing a risk and control framework, educating employees, preparing for ISO-certification etc.
● Ensured that Scalepoint's GDPR audit report (ISAE 3000) had 0 remarks less than 12 months after joining.
● Ensured significant increase in scores from Scalepoint's customer reports relating to Security and the GDPR.
● Joined Scalepoint Technologies from Deloitte to work on GDPR software-project on the side (during evenings).
2018-01 - 2020-12
● Key role in the GDPR-implementation (ROPA, org. design, risks, controls etc.) in the Nordic departments of one of EU's largest banks. Close to 100 stakeholders involved in the project.
● Advised 7 of the world's largest shipping-firms on how to implement sufficient cyber security measures onboard their vessels.
● Conducted crisis management in relation to a data breach that ended up on the frontpage of one of Denmark's largest newspapers.
● Led tracks relating to third party management and retention periods at one of the world's largest pharmacompanies.
● Received top ratings in all performance evaluations.
