Resumé
Overordnet er Hamad generalist og god til at binde forretning og brugerbehov sammen med den tekniske løsning – ofte via procesdokumentation som omdrejningspunkt. Han er vant til at arbejde med og sætte sig ind i komplekse IT-systemer og arkitekturer. Hamad har i de seneste år haft flere roller, hvor han har analyseret eksisterende IT-processer og skabt overblik over processer og datamodeller for den samlede forretnings- og IT-arkitektur, dette ofte i forbindelse med etablering af nye løsninger med blik på at skabe sammenhæng mellem input og output data.
Hamad er stærk analytisk, strategisk tænkende, og har en struktureret tilgang til at forstå komplekse problemstillinger. Han er god til at omdanne teori til praksis samt en person, som følger opgaver til dørs.
Hamad har også mange års erfaring indenfor portefølje- og ressourcestyring. Senest har han været med til at forbedre portefølje- og ressourcestyringsprocesser for en stor offentlig IT-virksomhed, og tidligere har han implementeret PMO funktioner hos Danfoss og Coloplast. Hamad har erfaring både med den strategiske og operationelle del af PMO-funktionen, da han har haft begge roller. Hamad er for tiden i gang med en markedsundersøgelse for større danske virksomheder inden for portefølje- og ressourcestyring.
Han har haft ledende roller i implementeringen af større ERP-løsninger og andre IT- systemer i mere end 20 lande verden over. Bl.a. har han været programleder for udrulningen af Oracle ERP til mere end 2.000 brugere i en global løsning indenfor reguleret produktion og Supply Chain Management.
