Worked as a Test Manager in a DevOps team at KPA Pension/Folksam.
My main focus was managing acceptance and regression testing to be able to deploy new releases every 3 weeks. I was leading test automation efforts at all levels
(GUI, API, unit) including training of staff. Continuous integration and TFS administration was also my responsibility. I was involved
in continuous improvements, agile coaching and test training. I evaluated
test automation tools for GUI-level automation and automated many of the
regressions tests with Katalon Recorder and TestCraft.

SOCO is a niche company focused on software testing. I worked as a
Test Manager with responsibility for acceptance testing in a development/
integration project where Microsoft CRM was customized by an external
development team to replace the current member- and course management
system to a modern, flexible and configurable system. Responsible for test
strategy, introducing lean way of working between testers and developers,
coordinating user acceptance testing, test case design, perform functional
testing, defect tracking, introducing test tools in the organization and training/
coaching the acceptance testers how to use the test tools (MTM / TFS).
