Resumé
I am an experienced Project Manager running complex IT projects in the Life Science industry
subject to GxP. Project execution from contract to handover with PMI process groups as framework and GAMP5 as Quality guideline. I have been involved in highly technical projects with a variety to technologies within Infrastructure, network and automation respecting the qualification and governance process.
I am analytic and pragmatic and has a structured approach to leading the project and facilitating challenges. I see Project Management as a discipline but due to my technical background gets involved in technical discussions when facilitation is needed.
I think and work in a highly structured way ensuring deliverables on all levels including OCM handling and stakeholder management dialog with Customers, Vendors, Team and SteerCo.
I value open and direct communication as well as honesty and I have a good sense of humor and is a positive person by nature.

CCTV Video Surveillance installation in major factory in the Kalundborg area
Working as IT Project Manager Implementing 180 video cameras in a factory (ATEX), incl. complete backbone wirering and server installation. Handling the Governance setup across different business areas ensuring documentation and training.
Core Scada package and Scada System Upgrade
Working as IT Project Manager creating a Core Scada installation with a full GMP documentation package covering generic requirements to be used on future Scada installations. Using the Core Scada solution on upgrading the Scada servers on the Inspection machine with OS, SQL, Scada iFix and Proficy Historian.
