With a broad knowledge within management and IT infrastructure, I have in my career
worked as with setting up technical organisations for support and operations of IT-
solutions and network-infrastructure, both in the role as Manager and as Project
Manager.

Management: I have experience with management of technical staff, creating team
spirit and a winning team that delivers "best in class" performance. I accomplish this
by communicating the strategy and creating images in which the staff can visualize
their success. I have set-up and developed organization for internal and external
technical support and for operation of different kind of IT-infrastructure.

Business: I have used market analyse and dialogue with customers when designing and
