I do sporadic work to help other companies. This involved ramping up development teams, product strategy, driving user acquisition and revenue across the AARRR framework or doing due diligence to a young VC firm.
Companies helped included AirUber, RenteCarlo (not related to Uber), 100% ØKO, PostOfficeSocial, an startup within ride-sharing scooters and an undisclosed "15-minute supermarket".
Main achievements during my consultancy work are ..
- Setup of a 20-person remote development team within 2 months, allowing a sharing economy company to in-source their product ownership ahead of Series A - Sole responsibility for driving revenue from $0 to $600,000 in revenue within 3 months (organic SEO and paid marketing) at 60% margin - Advising a large "15-minute supermarket" on their entry to Denmark (€1.000.000 per month in sales within the first 9 weeks), including strategic advise to the CEO and CTO around last-mile logistics and warehouse automation 2019-2020 - 100% ØKO We launched a site selling Christmas trees that were planted after Christmas.
We stopped the project after a journalist accused us of not existing while also refusing to visit our warehouse: we replanted ~8 football fields of trees and sued for an undisclosed compensation.
