Delivery Manager: As a delivery manager was my main responsibility to manage project
(having IT-cards that I was responsible for), tracking service metrics, manage different kind
of budgets (where I had staff liability for a team), and also leading the service delivery team
that I had. I was also responsible for manage different kinds of incident and also was the change owner, when a change was required. My main responsible was that the IT-delivery
was going as it should.
Business Analyst/Business Domain Expert: Working with an Agile Release Train with the
PostNord IPM value stream delivery. Here was my responsible to analyze the structure of the logistic delivery of the business (how it uses its technology and what the business goals are),
identify the requirements from the business and analyzing it and persuade the internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies. I worked as a bridge between the business, the Scrum Master and the Product Owner.
