I managed a team of 15 presales architects with 2 team leads. I was responsible for gross profit for the entire business area spanning software and hardware, consulting and service business. In total annually
+100 Mio. DKK in gross profit.

• 2016, successful transition from 3 layer sales model to 2 layer sales model. Result was a 10%
downsizing and similar reduction in OPEX.

At Datametrix I was recruited to transition their systems integrator business to reflect Datametrix core
business in Norway. In 2 years business was transitioned by establishing Datametrix as a significant
Cisco, Verint and IPC value added reseller in Denmark. The success of Datametrix resulted in Axcess
acquiring Datametrix in 2007, in order to protect Axcess from growing competition.
As a key employee I was offered company warrents when Axcess acquired Datametrix. Initially my role at Axcess was to secure full potential in merging the Datametrix business into Axcess, securing clients
did not churn and grow the business. After a successful merger I held various manager roles at Axcess:
• Concept sales manager / Presales (3 years)
• Professional services manager (2 years)
• Business development manager (1½ year)
My years at Axcess included 5 years of successful people management experience of between 3-5
employees, including day-to-day people management, personal development, recruitment etc.
