Resumé

I am passionate about making change processes transparent and
supporting the stakeholders through the transition by using effective
communication to implement complex ideas and processes.

With a focus on stakeholder management, I plan and communicate all
change processes carefully so that they best support the people behind
and still fulfill the company's strategic initiatives. Creating a common
understanding and ensuring that stakeholders feel heard is essential to
me, as I am convinced it leads to increased commitment and buy-in, and
thus positive impact on the culture and behavior.

My personal profile makes me a structured and results-oriented
employee who is committed and approaches all tasks systematically and
analytically. I am patient, but at the same time persistent when it comes
to communication, and I always meet the deadline. I am honest and like
to make a difference to the individual, by helping and supporting them
through difficult changes. Structure, thoughtfulness, and determination

In my spare time I like to stay fit by jogging up and down the hills in Silkeborg and by going on
adventure in nature with my family and our Golden Retriever. I also love unfolding my creative abilities
in yarn, while enjoying a good cup of coffee in the jungle of houseplants that I call home.
