My name is Victoria Johansson, I have worked with IT development for 15 years. My roles has
been tester, test lead, business analyst and PO.
I have had the privilege to of working for some of the largest companies in Sweden, such as
DB Schenker, ICA, H&M, Swedish Tax Authorites, SKF and Wireless Cars.
My experience has taught me that communication, clarity and a close collaboration between
developers, project managers and end users, is the key to a successful IT development.

I was asked to be the requirements area owner and pursue demands from the department I worked in.
The role involved driving Payments' requirements collection with a test leader's competence and evaluating and analyzing solution needs together with developers.
After a while I also became RAO (Requirement Area Owner) and then run my own requirements area. That role entailed ownership, end to end planning and test planning.
