BI developer with a strong commercial mindset
I am 33 years old, and I have a master's degree (Cand. Polit) in economics from the University of
Copenhagen. I am often told that I am development-oriented, loyal, and results-oriented. I am always
thorough in my work and always curious to learn more. I have an eye for detail, and I manage to put my
work and colleagues in focus. I have a keen interest in how data can be used in a smart way to create
critical business insights. My motto is "If you do not have data that can verify your claim, then it is just
an opinion like everyone else's". I have several years of experience in data analysis, BI development,
business development, and stakeholder management, allowing me to naturally form bridges across
different stakeholders in an organization. In addition, I have gained strong social skills based on my
work experience, meaning that I can present complicated topics in an easy-to-understand way.

Econometrics, mathematics, and computer science
Thesis: Estimating the Effects of Agglomeration Economies on Productivity in Denmark: A study of
patterns and causes of spatial wage disparities.
In my thesis, I have worked with several register data using Forskermaskinerne from DST and used
several programming tools and advanced econometrics to answer my problem. The thesis has covered
a topic where there is limited knowledge in the Danish context.

Achieved results, Bisnode ✓ Team lead - I have been successful in coaching, guiding, and leading a smaller team.
✓ Financial Controlling Dashboard - Responsible for developing a BI financial reporting solution across 12 European countries using Power BI.
✓ Sales lead generation algorithm - I have developed an algorithm that can predict the probability of a potential sale, so that the sales department achieved a significant improvement in the quality of leads. This had a significant positive effect on the overall success rate.
✓ Churn prediction algorithm - I have developed a churn prediction model using Machine Learning (logistic regression) which can identify high-risk customers. The implementation has resulted in a 7 percent reduction in churn pr. year. In addition, the model contributed to the understanding of dynamism within customer behavior.

I have acted as a full-Stack developer, i.e., been responsible for the back-end part (data modelling and coding in SQL) and the front-end part (Power BI). The tool is used in large parts of TDC Net and play a crucial part for the overall cooperate strategy.
1 ✓ Coax Price Simulation Tool - development of a price tool using Machine Learning integrated in a dashboard which simplifies a very complex pricing model, allowing customers to simulate prices based on different parameters.
✓ Broadband Infrastructure Overview - detailed mapping of the entire broadband market in Denmark integrated in dashboards combined with other KPI metrics, allowing TDC Net to track e.g., the overall market competitiveness, sales performance, and infrastructure development. This tool has contributed to a better understanding of the business and plays a crucial role in the business strategy.
✓ Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) pricing - responsible for devolvement of a new price model after deregulation. The new price model has resulted in a significant annual increase in revenue without given rise to major changes in customer departures.
✓ Build to order (BTO) pricing - responsible for evaluation and devolvement of an improved price model using advanced statistics models. The new price model has both improved TDC Net's competitiveness and the ROI ratio within the BTO area.
✓ Knowledge Sharing & Education - establishment of a teaching environment, which has educated colleagues and promoted the use of Power BI, SQL, and other BI tools.

Volunteer work and positions of trust 2007-2017: Role model, UU København (Ungdommens Uddannelsesvejledning) • Speaker - Inspire and guide young people with career choices. In addition, jobs application advises where also given. It was common to give lectures to over 50 people at the time.
