One of my strengths is that I immerse myself in data and the business, and I see opportunities. I understand how data can be utilized to create value by saving time and supporting decision-making processes – both strategically and in daily operations. At Canon, I worked to ensure that data/BI is used in all departments (with priority on sales), and that the value in data is thus utilized, and provides insights for both management and employees. Therefore, I have focused my work on ongoing improvements in data governance and -quality, as well as structuring and optimization of BI-tables as “ready-to-use”. The goal is to create an agile and scalable BI environment which allows for easy build of new data models and reports – naturally based on “single-source-oftruth”. In me, you get a person who is productive, executes, and performs; strives for best practice and succeeds with good and somewhat crazy ideas. I see myself as someone who seeks solutions and tries to approach tasks objectively. I do not believe that I can or know everything – on the contrary – but I am curious and eager to learn, and I want to work to develop myself throughout life, both professionally and personally.
