Resumé
My name is Maya, I’m a 21 year old app developer, based in Copenhagen.
I started back in 2019 with coding Swift.
I got really caught up in creating and designing apps and have now made 10 apps myself from scratch - three of them are in the AppStore.
December last year, I wanted to make a career out of my hobby. I applied for a few jobs and within a month, I had my first paid job as a developer at an agency.
I have now managed to further expand my skills by learning from other developers. I have learned to make my code more readable, focusing a lot more on clean architecture, using different branching strategies on GitHub, learning new coding languages and of course the importance of working with a team.
What can I offer you?
I mainly code in Swift and with over 3 years of experience - I have developed a deep understanding of the language, Apple's frameworks and working around in XCode.
I use both UIKit and SwiftUI. I also have great experience in reactive programming, where I use both RxSwift and Combine.
I am hardworking, outgoing and teachable and therefore always strive to improve myself.
In our business it’s important to always keep learning and be on top of the game with the newest technologies. So that’s what I’m aiming to do - always learning.
Besides swift, I can code Flutter apps and a bit of Android (Kotlin) as well.
As mentioned I have coded a few apps myself.
Since then I have coded solutions for companies as Normal, The Royal Danish Theater, Frihedsbrevet, The Finnish National Opera and Ballet, GSV (Flutter), Information, Sygeforsikring Danmark and Andel.
