Per acted as an Agile Coach for optimization of delivery of value on cross squads.
He founded a Scrum Masters Chapter for discussion, creating consensus,
understanding, and improvement of way of working. He developed working
methods for the identification and management of dependencies between the
squads for joint deliveries. He proposed and anchored, among other things, PI
planning with the program management.
Per's assignment was initially Scrum Master for a developer squad in a program for the introduction of Dynamics D365 within Procurement on a global level at Scania.
He was appreciated and quickly took responsibility as Scrum Master for another
squad with lead roles. He coached a reluctant Product Owner, facilitated all agile
ceremonies according to Scrum. Per coached the squads to create empowered and
independent teams so that they could deliver the best value for the business. The
members were located in Belarus, Ukraine and India. In addition to this, Per
challenged and facilitated the improvement work in working methods for the
program's release/delivery management (versus DevOps), management of test and development. Architectural issues also came up on the agenda.

Per is working on changing the team's way of working towards agile and following Scrum. This means that the team must become more self-governing, better at cooperating, more responsible, and trust each other in the team. He introduced estimation with story points and introduction of a new role in the team, new routines, etc.

Per was Agile Product Owner for H&M's ordering, distribution, production allocation systems and supply chain system. The organization underwent an agile transformation.
The systems were business-critical for the purchasing processes for quotation requests allocation of global production in garment production countries, primarily in Southeast Asia.
Individual contribution: Per was Agile Product Owner in a team of 13 people in India and 6 people in Sweden. Per was responsible for budget and deliveries. His team performed very well under his leadership: "It is a fantastic team." The Product Manager Per was a leader in a journey of change with all that entails. The division changed working methods from Scrum to SAFe. They wanted to get more efficient use of resources by out-tasking an external supplier and creating a common delivery pace with the other teams in the division.

Per was appointed by the CIO at Oriola in Finland and is reporting to the Consumer IT Director at Kronans Apotek in Sweden. The role included project management, supervision of consultants, business analysis, incident- and problem management, vendor- and agreement management, budget follow-up and reporting, technical documentation and recruitment.
Individual contribution: Per has managed to keep a KPI (goals), a SLA of 99.9% uptime for e-commerce 11 months in a row, simultaneously driving the transition project of Kronan's e-commerce from project state to a maintenance organization and supervised the building of a new hosting environment for the Hybris e- commerce front-end. He implemented itil-based processes such as incident, problem, and change in the daily operations. He supported a transition from scrum to an agile development method. Implemented task management and tools like Trello, Jira, and Confluence, using New Relic for monitoring operations.

Individual contribution: Per did a total mapping of the bank's IT and information security, compliance with PCI DSS. Per also drew up a number of action projects which were later carried out by the bank's service provider. Project on time and according to budget. Very satisfied customer.

Project Manager & Procurement Lead for H&M's Online Global Payment Service Provider (PSP)
Per was responsible for overseeing a procurement and implementation project for online card payments, aimed at expanding H&M's e-commerce presence in more markets.
The project resulted in the creation of the sole online payment option, which was crucial for H&M's expansion into the US. The solution also paved the way for future global expansion. A microservice for payment was developed for all H&M clothing brands and a global payment intermediary was procured. The project was completed on time and within budget, resulting in a very satisfied customer.
Individual Contribution: Per was accountable for the project's successful delivery. He defined requirements, ensured the solution's IT security, and managed a development team of 6 people. He was responsible for project management, procurement management, and international supplier management, including negotiations.

System responsible for H&M's Shop Online in all 8 online countries. The teams delivered three major designer campaigns (including Jimmy Choo and Matthew Williamson) on time with a stable it-operation as well as newly developed campaigns every week.
Individual contribution: Per was a team lead for an e-commerce and promotion team, a total of 32 people. Work management and budget follow-up.
Per also implemented a process for incident management.

Responsible for a compliance remediation project according to PCI DSS for H&M Shop Online and telephone system. Modification of a checkout step in shop.hm.com for secure status in accordance with the PCI DSS security standard. Changes were made to the mainframe system for logistics and finance.
