Your new role
Your role will involve providing technical onsite and remote support, particularly for WebEx, as well assisting and training users on WebEx's functionality.
What you'll need to succeed
For this role you must demonstrate exceptional communication skills as well as be patient, confident and reliable. Ideally you will have previous experience supporting WebEx. Other similar web conferencing and videoconferencing applications may be considered.
