Senior Dynamics AX Developer

The Role

In this role you will be working across the following:

• Assist with the support, break/fix and continuous improvement of the Dynamics AX system
•  Consistently meet support SLAs for Dynamics AX by providing 24/7 support and resolving critical incidents / break-fixes
• Troubleshoot Dynamics AX issues and develop solutions to these issues
•  Ensure the Dynamics AX environments are maintained and tuned for optimal performance and uptime
• Develop program changes for the Dynamics AX system and manage these changes through to completion
• Provide support for project teams and functional team members
• Ensure all development is compliant with governance and change management policies and processes
•  From time to time, travel to sites and operations to provide support and training.
• Perform duties in line with set performance targets for the position
•  Functional members of the Dynamics team. Day-to-day support issues, part of project teams

Your Profile:

• Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related discipline
• 5+ years of X++ programming experience
•  Experience with web services
•  3+ years Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 experience
• AIF Experience
•  DIXF Experience
•  Excellent documentation skills
• Solid understanding of business processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong client focus
