Senior Director of Adobe Campaign Architecture - Chicago, IL

You Will:

• Technically lead projects in the Campaign space by collaborating with all facets of the business including Sales, Marketing, Customer Interfaces, and Product Development to promote efficiencies and deliver excellence
• Be a key participant in the effort to build effective online processes focused on a balance between performance and the overall user experience
• Drive the systems and application architecture for the Adobe Campaign solution for each customized instance
• Define all requirements related to project planning, architecture, implementation, sizing, tuning, and scalability
• Drive network design covering deployment, security, and performance issues
• Interface with business, technical, and process owner communities to define user requirements, answer questions, report on process completion, etc.
• Work with developers to understand business and system requirements
• Interface with vendor contacts
• Install, configure, customize, and support campaign management and business intelligence tools for client use
• Be a Subject Matter Expert for the marketing process and back-end process; produce and help users interpret decision reports
• Monitor production activity and job scheduling program
• File-stage and do prep work for refresh process on database(s)
• Maintain suppression file management
• Design documentation for campaign development projects and enhancements
• Test case/plan creation and documentation, data creation, execution, and QC

You Have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• 10+ years of experience, preferably in the digital marketing space
• A wide range of consulting knowledge, skills, and experience with the ability to scope, architect, and implement the Adobe Campaign enterprise-marketing platform
• Experience with Business Objects, Cognos, Alterian or other BI tools
• Experience with data warehouse implementation projects
• Solid knowledge of SQL and user support functions
• Experience with sales support, demonstrations, and answering proposals
• Experience with product evaluation and review
• The ability to articulate business value gained from technology solutions, whether in presentations or proposals
• At least 7+ years of client-facing technical consulting experience on enterprise software implementation and integration projects
• A proven track record in software application design and development
• Expertise in database technologies, JavaScript, XML/XSL, HTML/DHTML, and querying languages such as SQL
