Seeking a Senior Technical Writer for a Transition project on a big financial client in Copenhagen.

Assignment:

We are seeking a technical writer who loves to create clear and precise technical documentation and SOP’s for a wide range of areas.

Delivery areas:

• Network
• Device administration
• Servicedesk
• Security

Primary tasks:

• Assistance in and ownership of producing both operational-procedural and technical documentation for implementation and the delivery phases.
• Carrying out documentation projects in the project teams
• Contributing to the structure, processes, and tools to the projects
• Creating, updating and controlling technical documentation

Qualifications:

• Have experience from a similar role, preferably +5 years of experience
• Are systematic with a structured approach to complex documentation
• Have experience in creating formal / controlled content, interpreting, and presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner within a complex regulatory environment
• Are a good communicator and support good working relationships with colleagues and partners throughout projects and cross-functional activities
• Enjoy working independently, but with a strong focus on collaboration

Client: Big financial client, consultant will need to be security accessed by signing of an NDA and providing a criminal record.

Language: Fluent in Danish and English in both speech and writing
