Java Developer, AWS exp

We are now looking for a Java developer with AWS experience, to our customer. 

Working tasks: 
You will have the opportunity to work with the most high-performance, transaction intensive systems in the world which sits at the forefront of where finance and technology meets. 
You will be taking part of designing and implementing fintech solutions for our customer’s global external and internal clients. You will be a part of the Index & Analytics Development team, working on projects to build dynamically scalable real-time analytics solutions deployed in AWS. 

Our current projects you might take part in include: 
• Development of a large-scale real-time calculation of theoretical prices in a dynamically scalable solution 
• Development and delivery of index calculation system to external customers in Europe and Asia 
• Development of a scalable catastrophe risk simulation system 

The role entails responsibilities such as: 
• Develop new functionality with very high quality in a limited time. 
• Take active part in developing the product architecture. 
• Collaborate closely with other internal teams – such as development, project management, system management, on a global scale, in order to resolve issues. 
 

Your skills
University degree qualified in a discipline related to Computer Science and/or a master in finance or mathematics or comparable experience. 
3-5 years of relevant working experience in organizations with data transaction intensive systems. 
Knowledge and experience of Java 
Experience with cloud platforms, AWS in particular. 
Experience working with Linux, including scripting in bash. 
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Meriting
Experience with development of low latency/high performance systems is a merit
