Responsibilities:

You bring deep project experience, with specific IT delivery success in Agile and Waterfall during the past 3 to 4 years

  •  Proven 'hands on' experience transforming teams from Waterfall to Agile
  • Thoughtful, fast, and disciplined in executions
  •  Experience in a self-directed, fast-paced environment
  • strong knowledge of Waterfall (PMI) and Agile methodologies, values, and procedures
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
  • Knowledge of other methodologies other than Agile/ Scrum, such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Waterfall

Qualifications:

  • Experience level: Manager
  • Minimum 7 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors
