Cybersecurity Change Manager

We are excited to work on this Cybersecurity Change Manager role. We understand not every Change Manager will have worked on a Cybersecurity project. With this in mind we are also happy to look at strong Change Managers with solid experience within network and system change projects so they can up-skill you on the security part.


As we know every day is different and your day may include the following:

• Delivering change management activities for various technical and non-technical initiatives across the cyber program.In short you will be the "face" of the program.
• Ability to systematically translate scope and impact of technical change to all stakeholders right up to Executive level.
• Plan and drive awareness of effective cyber security principles and practices.
• Effectively leading and supporting internal stakeholders through training to develop and implement change initiatives.

To be successful we seek a solid Change Manager skills.

• Experience in building and managing an enterprise change function which acts as a centre of excellence
• Experience building strong working relationships with various stakeholders implementing robust change management and training reporting and tracking
• Experience developing stakeholder and change management plans and communication.
