Consultant Task – DevOps Engineer, Lyngby (near Copenhagen) and remote

For a biotech client I am looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer who can help the client build their Developer Platform based on AWS and Kubernetes.

You will be a part of a team who values knowledge sharing and whose members inspire each other every day. It is important that you possess good communication skills, since the role entails interaction with and advising of developers.

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:

- Thorough understanding of application development cycle and toolchains to support this (from SCM to CI/CD to monitoring etc.).

- Experience with AWS services, and the provisioning of these through IaC.
- Experience with containerization and container orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes)

- Knowledge of IaC (infrastructure as code) (Terraform/Ansible/Cloudformation)

- Shell scripting (bash, powershell or similar)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

It is a plus if you also have:
- Experience with web app development - perhaps using Python or NodeJS
- Knowledge of cloud security (preferably in AWS)
- Knowledge of cloud security (preferably in AWS)
- Experience with application and container security tools.
