Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess an expert level of knowledge in Kubernetes, extensive experience with Linux systems, and a strong foundation in automatisering (automation) processes. Additionally, proficiency in Elasticsearch is essential for the development and optimization of our search and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.
Develop and maintain automation workflows, leveraging best practices in automatisering to enhance efficiency and reliability in deployment processes.
Administer Linux-based systems, ensuring system security, stability, and performance optimization.
Configure and optimize Elasticsearch clusters to support logging, monitoring, and application search functionalities within a microservices architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide DevOps solutions that align with project goals and timelines.
Lead initiatives to adopt new technologies and methodologies that improve team agility and product quality.
Provide expert guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a DevOps Consultant or similar role, with a strong background in Kubernetes and Linux environments.
Expertise in automatisering tools and practices, with a keen understanding of how to apply automation to achieve operational efficiency.
In-depth knowledge of Elasticsearch, including cluster management, data indexing, and performance tuning.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
