Your Role

As a Business Analyst, you will be at the heart of our data separation and migration efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that data flows are thoroughly analyzed and documented, and that they align with the evolving needs of the business. You’ll collaborate closely with IT and business teams to resolve data-related issues and support the creation of new data structures post-migration, ensuring a seamless transition.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Data Flow Analysis: Thoroughly analyze, document, and map data flows to ensure accurate and efficient data separation and migration.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT and business teams to align data management efforts with business requirements, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption.
• Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues that arise during the migration process.
• Post-Migration Support: Contribute to the design and implementation of new data structures, ensuring they meet business needs and data governance standards.

What You Bring

• Extensive Experience: 7-10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, with a strong focus on data management, migration, and governance in complex IT environments.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of data flows, data separation, and data governance best practices, with a proven ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Finnish and English is essential, enabling effective communication with local and international teams.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all data management activities.
