Zusammenfassung

On a professional level my colleagues and managers have all described me as dedicated, loyal, hardworking and very solution-oriented.

I see myself as a 3-in-1 resource with 20 years of experience as an IT professional. Primarily as a Salesforce Architect and Lead Developer but also as a Team Lead.

I consider myself a rare asset because I have almost always worked as a combined business analyst and lead developer, which is why I am often used as a bridge-builder between business and development. My background lies with Java but since primo 2010, I have focused on Salesforce where my competencies span from simple administrative tasks to architecting, designing and implementing complex Apex, Visualforce and Lightning solutions - often combined with integrations to external systems.

Apart from these professional trades, I see myself as an outgoing and happy person whose tone is informal and filled with humour.

Whenever I need to relax, it often happens together with friends or family. I'm quite the fine wine and fine dining enthusiast, so I eat out a lot and host a lot of dinner parties as well as wine tastings which is basically code for "I spend a lot of money on food, wine and kitchen gadgets".

I was quickly awarded a lot of responsibility which meant my position rather quickly mutated into a mid-level manager. As part hereof I started working closely with top-management.
Over a longer period, I worked closely with the CEO as part of moving three office locations into a single Salesforce instance. This meant working closely with sales in Denmark, United Kingdom, Canada and later on also Boston. After a successful migration I was the only Salesforce administrator and developer for all marketing, sales and support which at the time counted 50+ people spread out over four countries.
