Martin is leading the work of craeting a service directory for the
3 municipalities who share the same IT organisation. The
Service directory will be used by the various organisations and users within the municipalities to see what IT services they have
available.
2021-02 - 2021-03
Martin did an assessment of the client's way of working with Microsoft Teams. He also proposed and implemented a new
strategy for how the clients Teams should be structured and ways of working. Furthermore, Martin conducted several
training sessions where he went through the most used
features in MS Teams to bring the whole organisation up to the same skill level.

Computing including all Office 365 and Atlassian tools.
Together with the global security team Martin managed pilot and implementation projects of security features and best
practices within these tools, including:
• Azure Information Protection (AIP)
• Azure Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
• Azure Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
• O365 Advanced Threat Protection (ATP)
• O365 Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• O365 eDiscovery
2017-11 - 2019-02
prioritized project to renew and break dependencies between the client's systems. The project was very intense and was
ongoing at the same time as an outsourcing which increased the complexity. Martin acted as Infra lead and test & defect
manager.
2016-01 - 2017-04
As part of a big transition and transformation project Martin
worked with upgrading the client's applications and underlying
infrastructure to supported levels. Martin had the role of technical lead and project manager for parts of the project.
Martin led the work of creating the suggested designs which
were presented to the architect review board for review and approval.
2015-09 - 2015-12
The overall goal of the project was to move and consolidate
two existing data centers in to one new location hosted by a
third party. Martin joined the project at the end and worked with the client's project management team to secure a seamless
migration of the data centers to the new location.
2014-06 - 2015-07
project's goal was to migrate all municipal offices (schools, nursing homes etc.) to a new fiber network that was being built,

project. The project goal was to consolidate 3 existing data
centers to two new locations with a new base infrastructure.
Both physical and virtual servers where moved, and during the
project the number of virtual servers increased from 62% to
90%.
2013-03 - 2014-05
resource planning (ERP) platform. As a PMO, Martin worked
closely with the project manager and the global project team to secure a good delivery to the client.
2013-11 - 2014-03
Martin had the responsibility as contract administrator for the Statoil Fuel and Retail Delivery project for Capgemini Nordic.
Martin was a key member of the account team. He ensured
that the delivery team understood the contractual obligations and provided advice and guidance to the team on all matters
relating to the contract.

Prepared contractual documents with assistance from legal or
elsewhere as appropriate e.g. change controls, formal letters,
notices, etc.
Implements commercial, contract and risk management best
practice e.g. document control and archiving, management of risk register, etc. He was driven in the role as contact person towards the client regarding contract/commercial aspects for
the engagement.
2012-06 - 2013-01
and implementation of a Video CMS as well as establish a
support and governance structure for the Service. This resulted in a more automated and decentralized video CMS.
2012-03 - 2012-06
The overall project objective is to deliver a new global
standard, IKEA configured, POS (point of sale) system by
replacing the legacy POS systems Calypso and IBM 4690.
Martin's responsibilities in this engagement were to work
closely with the PM and coordinate project resources and tasks.
