I am a management consultant focusing on project and program management in large
scale ERP projects. I have 15 years of experience in implementing changes in financial
processes and have substantial understanding of supply chain, finance, reporting and
change management.
My experience comes from both regulated industries (pharma, public services, defense)
and nonregulated (logistics, manufacturing, facility management) and I utilize my
background as an economist in the intersection between IT and finance/procurement
processes.
