Assignments
Product manager -- Development of the savings account and payment
infrastructure
SBAB (freelance consultant), Q1 2019 - Q3 2020

SBAB is a bank that provides loans and savings products to individuals, companies and other
organizations and has a turnover of SEK 6 billion and 400 employees.

The assignment was to formulate, lead and deliver new initiatives and prioritize the backlog within
the product area Save and Pay. The product area consisted of two development teams of ten
developers in total, as well as four business analysts who primarily worked with documenting
requirements and testing. The role is a line role that includes making strategic decisions and
communicating with (including leading demo sessions and pitching for) the product area's
stakeholders and working closely with the full-stack developers and other departments such as
UX, marketing and communications, IT security, integrity, AML, AFC and the company's lawyers.

Anna was hired as product manager and worked, among other things, with holding workshops,
developing business cases and UX design, formulating MVPs, keeping in touch with suppliers and
being the go-to person for the product. During Anna's time as product manager, a new system for
internal management of risk classification of customers was delivered, a new integration with Tink
in order to initiate payment orders to the bank, Bufferthjälpen (a buffer calculation for
individuals), Kontantatsatsollen (a calculator of your cash deposit for your mortgage loan
depending on where you want to live), an exchange for a new web platform, an integration with
direct debit via Bankgirocentralen for payment of loans and a complete renovation of the savings
account - called Savings account 2.0 - which meant a new flexible solution for payments and with a
savings target functionality. Anna also reported continuously to the product area's stakeholder
group and the company's management.

Besides the many technical deliveries mentioned above, the assignment was also fulfilled in such a
way that a new vision and mission was set for the product area with "Savings account 2.0" and
that the deposit stock internally at SBAB once again ended up in the spotlight after a period of
de-prioritization, which is crucial for the company's financing of its loans and continued growth.
Anna was also involved in designing marketing campaigns to promote the new functionality and
attract more customers. Anna was appreciated for her creativity and business mindset, her drive
and ability to lead.

Project manager -- Exchange of the core-banking system
SBAB (freelance consultant), Q1 2019 - Q3 2020

SBAB is a bank that provides loans and savings products to individuals, companies and other
organizations and has a turnover of SEK 6 billion and 400 employees.

The assignment was to lead the exchange of SBAB's core-banking system from an older system
called ActiveBank to SAP. SAP functions as both a business and banking system and delivers both
functionality for the bank's savings account as well as its payment infrastructure. Anna led the
project to change the core-banking system with about 150 project members over a period of 1.5
years. The project included adaptation, requirements and configuration of SAP's functionality and
mapping to SBAB's needs, the implementation of new integrations with SBAB's other systems and
the migration of both customer and internal data. The change itself was made over a weekend
with a so-called "Big bang" release when Anna led the work of both changing the systems and
migrating the data during one and the same time when the rest of the bank was closed to the
outside world. The project's deadline was short, business-critical and thus highly prioritized at
SBAB and had many dependencies, including the relocation of risk data warehouses and external
partners, which created a complex project.

Anna was hired as a project manager and she held workshops to collect requirements, prioritized
among those requirements, led extensive data migrations, developed business cases, worked with
test management and she coordinated various suppliers and departments and stakeholders from
three different offices. She was the spider in the web in a large project team that included most of
SBAB. Anna also reported to a steering group continuously and followed up the project's
agreements and finances with suppliers and internal departments.

The project turned out well and was delivered on-time, which was crucial for the company's
strategy and SBAB's continued growth. The project primarily resulted in a replacement of a
core-banking system in the shortest possible time, where Anna was one of the key people in the
delivery. Anna was appreciated for her solution-oriented attitude, her drive and ability to lead and
her unpretentious and democratic leadership style.

Project manager -- Exchange of the e-commerce platform
RnB, Retail and Brands (consultant via Netlight), Q3 2018 - Q1 2019

RnB owns, operates and develops stores and e-commerce sites within fashion with a turnover of
SEK 2,3 billion and 1 000 employees.

The assignment was to lead the implementation of a new and common e-commerce platform for
Polarn O. Pyret and Brothers, which was based on EpiServer, and to phase out their previous IT
solution based on Magento. One of the goals was also to implement a new web interface at the
same time as the platform exchange. The project deadline was short and critical in that it had
dependencies on their warehouse and server relocation.

Anna was hired as a project manager and she held workshops with the aim of developing the
requirements, she led extensive data migrations, developed business cases, worked with test
management and she coordinated six different suppliers as well as departments and stakeholders
from three different countries. She was the first point of contact in a large project team which
included most of RnB.

The project was a success and delivered on-time, which was crucial for the company's strategy
and Polarn O. Pyret's continued growth. The project resulted in new functions and processes in
terms of, for example, being able to return, order and pick-up goods from the e-commerce
in-store, where Anna was the key person in the delivery.

Product manager -- Development of the first paywall
Bonnier Magazines (consultant via Netlight), Q2 2018 - Q3 2018

Bonnier Magazines is a Swedish publisher of 40 magazines, has a turnover of SEK 950 million and
300 employees.

Bonnier Magazines lacked a long-term reliable source of income since the sale of their printed
magazines went down while they had not found a way to charge customers online yet. The
assignment was to deliver a solution to this challenge.

Anna was brought in as a product owner and realized an MVP (minimal viable product) which
consisted of a payment wall, which also included login, subscription, payment solution and

continuous added value online for their customers, something they had never offered before.
Anna coordinated the work between different departments and the role included being a SCRUM
master for the development, introducing agile and data-driven working methods in
non-development departments, holding design workshops, developing and analyzing business
cases, developing dashboards in GA, formulate KPIs and continuously communicate with
stakeholders and the steering group and act as the spider in the web at the company.

The results of the project was that they managed to deliver a paywall solution within the short
deadline of 2 months, that the editorial staff began to open their eyes to work digitally and
data-driven and that the project was considered a great success and referred to as a model project
throughout the company. As the project went live within the time frame, Bonnier Magazines
managed to be the first among their competitors to launch a paywall solution on their site,
something they were proud of.

Technical project manager -- Several projects within system development
SVT (consultant via Netlight), Q3 2017 - Q2 2018

SVT is a public Swedish broadcasting company with SEK 5 billion in turnover and 2 300 employees.

SVT needed help with project management of a number of projects within system development,
including data migration, system integration, testing, requirements, education, design and
configuration. The different project goals were to develop a new system for quiz questions for
SVT's quiz program "På spåret", to develop a system that enabled a central image transcoding
system and flow to all of SVT and its external partners and to phase out an older material handling
system in favor of a new one that was delivered by external suppliers and which included a
procurement.

In Anna's role as project manager for the development, she coordinated five different teams of
developers simultaneously in three geographical locations. Her role developed towards a product
manager role over time and her responsibility expanded, for example, to include the developing
and optimizing of SVT's Public Schedule XML feed, which delivers tableau information and
metadata to external subscribers, such as Telia and Ericsson.

Anna took over one of the projects in a critical phase when there were unclear requirements,
expectations and non-existent communication. Anna came in and managed to reverse that
development and was appreciated in her role and especially because she was able to identify and
remove obstacles quickly. In the other projects, which were also well-received, she was

J.Lindeberg, Q1 2017 - Q2 2017

J.Lindeberg is a Swedish clothing company with a turnover of SEK 600 million and 138 employees.

J.Lindeberg wanted to develop a new pricing strategy and digitalize the process so that it would be
compatible with the corporate strategy.

Anna's work involved collection of requirements, setting up a project plan, estimation of the time,
scope and resources needed and calculation of the return on investment. A part of the realization
of the strategy was to expand the existing system architecture to enable the implementation of
the new pricing process. The work placed high demands on both analytical and technical
competence, but also on teamwork and communication, as well as on delivery within short
deadlines. The biggest challenges were mainly to get departments with essentially different needs
to agree on the solution.

The result of Anna's work was a new strategy and a new process for J.Lindeberg's pricing which
has so far resulted in an increased profit margin of 7% as well as a more time efficient, dynamic
pricing process, where Anna has been the key person in the delivery.

specific features within a given budget. They also wanted to develop their quarterly report and
presentation and get help identifying and retrieving relevant data series from Bloomberg.

Anna was responsible for developing and implementing the CRM system in VBA. Anna also
developed a tool that retrieved and visualized relevant data series via Bloomberg's API in VBA.

Anna's work resulted in two programs. The first of which was ordered and used by employees in
the Investor Relations department, and the second was ordered and used by Atlas Copco's CEO.
The two programs primarily contributed to simpler documentation, visualization and

whether or not the scheduling could be optimized if digital locks were implemented. She also
analyzed the current system architecture's compatibility with the solution, held interviews with
the stakeholders in the project, which consisted of employees, customers, suppliers, the
municipality and the county council. She planned and conducted internal and external workshops
aimed at identifying advantages and disadvantages and conducted an inquiry to suppliers as to

MMS data is collected continuously via a viewer panel representative of the Swedish TV
population. Among other things she analyzed TV genres, length of commercial breaks, length of
programs, subsequent programs, time of day, day of the week, channel and other factors and their
impact on the viewership figures.
