Specific Deliveries: Part of the delivery was to drive a pre study and road mapping for the agile delivery for the coming PaaS "integration as a Service". The delivery included workshop facilitation, BA, solution architecture analysis AS IS and TO BE and the implementation road mapping. Project delivery: Maria was responsible for agile project delivery for the initiative within the information and infrastructure security upgrade. The initiative was based on the need of re- evaluation of the new approach within integration and data security, access, identity control and overall upgrade and modernisation of the system landscape. Marias role was an agile lead and workshop facilitator, identifying AS IS, building up the discussions and questioning the "status quo" as well as incremental iterative delivery.
