The project included both a large amount of change management but also enforcing the train towing capability by sourcing of 10 diesel locomotives to strategical location in Sweden. Joakim successfully managed an extremely comprehensive planning of the complete implementation project globally for the sourcing and contract module with approx. 2500 end users. A hybrid implementation approach was used which included a mix of waterfall and agile. All sprints were planned in detail in terms of configuration and resources needed.
