Applications training has been my chosen profession for many years, as I have an enthusiasm to impart knowledge to ensure people gain the most from their software. I seek varied and challenging positions to enhance and develop my role as a 'solution provider', and in training I endeavour to engage all delegates in participation and help them to find their own solutions as well. I am an excellent communicator at all levels with both the written and spoken word, and considered to be professional, reliable and well organised as well as articulate and creative.

Provided training, consultancy and support for a gaming developer in Cardiff involving the use of Microsoft Office applications, backup and disaster recovery, PC auditing, security and document management
Developed training documentation and provided training for Security Services Group (part of the MoD) and provided fully documented training assessment after project completion. Project ran for two years, to include new recruits and software upgrades
Provided tailored training for the MoD at Army, Navy and RAF at bases throughout the UK
